OUR LADY 'S COMMITTEE SYLVIA MORELAND, NORMA REYNOLDS, MARIE FEHMER Our Lady's Committee is devoted ex- clusively to promoting the honor of and devotion to Our Lady. Duties are to plan and present programs in her honor at school meetings and to encourage every sodalist to become more privately devoted to Mary Immaculate. EUCHARISTIC COMMITTEE DORIS SYKORA, GEHTRUDE KOLLEH HENRIETTA HEINE The duty of the Eucharistic Committee is to encourage devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This they do primarily by encouraging First Friday devotion and by conducting meditations during school meetings.

The Social Committee has for its special work the preparation and sewing of the monthly after-communion breakfast. They add to this one other social function. This year's took the form of a dance in the fall. SODALITY OF OUR LADY The Sodality of Our Lady has for its primary purpose the spiritual advancement of its mem- bers. To belong to this honorary organization, a student must maintain certain standards in her spiritual life. Among these are: weekly communion, First Friday and Fatima Saturday communion, and daily recitation of the rosary during the months of October and May. More rigid requirements are made of officers. Sodalists receive Holy Communion in a body, and attend a lanned breakfast-program the third Sunday of each month. At the breakfast, a guest speaker liectures on a particular vocation for girls. A triduum of Holy Communions before the feast of the Immaculate Conception, the sodality-financed trip of the President and Vice-President to the S.S.C.A., the presentation of Christmas gifts to underprivileged children, and the crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary in May are some of the highlights of the year.
