The 1955 STELLA MARIS presents the theme, The Brotherhood of Man and the Fatherhood of Codfi The staff believes this theme to be especially appropriate for this troubled gener- ation, living in a period in which prejudice and hatred would triumph over tolerance and charity. Vive have worked diligently to fashion this year's publication into an interesting and unforgettable record of our past school year, We have endeav- ored not only to present to our readers realistic and unique pictures of our classes and school activities, but also to impart to you our opinions on one of our present-day problems, social in- justice. The stand we have taken is motivated by staunch Christian principles, which stem from our diversified education in a Catholic high school.
