As we reverently stand gazing at the mosaic medal- lions of the many Popes who have governed our Church, we are mindful that we, too, must never be ashamed of our faith and must val- iantly speak forth in its defense. Wlmat greater ideal could we have than St. Paul, the Apostle of the Wfordl So we quietly kneel before the High Altar under which is the tomb of St. Paul. Our classes, under the guidance of our cul- tured instructors, developed in us good habits of correct thinking, and enabled us to set forth in words our love of God, reverence for author- ity and our democratic ideals.
