VALUABLE PLAYERS Marilee Smith and Barbara Gipp- rlch were the highest scoring for- wards forthe season. Defense credit goes to Deanna Brueggeman and Catherine Daily. , JUNIOR VARSITY The girls' JV had a very success- ful basketball season. With vic- tories over St. Rita, St. Michael, St. Benedict, and a tie with St. James of Ferndale, they are in first place in the CYO league. The high scorers of the season were Carolyn Garczewski and Judy Dupuis. Caro1ynCunningham, Kath- leen Koppinger, Mary Hebert, and Christine Carney were the outstand- ing guards.
