During the years of his administration, he has established many noteworthy additions to the educational facilities of our school. His efforts in making St. Clairsville High School one of the outstanding schools in the Ohio Valley, is fully appreciated by the students, faculty, and friends of thc school. The administration of a growing high school, increasing yearly in the number of students, expanding in the variety of sub- jects, and changing in many other respects, demands the constant assistance of the Board of Education.
