Faces in Administration f B A. Returning to St. Clair High School this year is Mr. Roger Parmentier. He brings with him many years of experience as ' a high school principal. B. Mr. Kenneth Wingate is in his first year as St. Clair ' s Dean of Stu- dents and assistant principal. C. One of our counselors, Mr. Don- ald Vincent, is also the voice of the morning announcements. D. The other half of the counseling staff is Mrs. Barbara Saph. She recently returned to SCHS after a year and a half leave of ab- sence.
