Pep Meetings Football Season Basketball Although St. Clair did not win the league championship in Basketball the team again showed excellent play throughout the season. A complete resume' of the season was not available at this writing but it can be pointed out that the Saints reached the high points in play various times during the season. A lmpatant victory took place early ln the season when the Saints downed Marysville in overtime at Marysville. The Saints also dumped Marine City later on in the season at St. Clair. Although the Saints will have a nice nucleus to work on next year several players will be missed because of graduation. Among them are: BOB LAIRD, TOM SHICKER, DAVE BLANCHARD, JIM FOSTER, AND JIM EDGETTE. St. Clair will enter next season with hopes of winning a championship in a newly aligned league. The addition of Yale and Croswell-Lexington should make for an interesting season. Baseball First row L. to R. A. Starkey B. P. Donahue B. Beier, B. Burkart Seqopd row Mr. Bo11a,f.
