Dedicated with Love and Gratitude Father William Carroll Father Carroll has been a priest here at St. Charles for almost 8 years, and he has taught for many of those 8 years. He teaches Religion to the 9th grade, and the CCD Confirmation classes. He is also the director of CYO, and the CYO basketball teams. Father Carroll was born in Charlestown. At Malden Catholic, Father was quite a hockey player. He still plays hockey, as well as skiing, bicycling, and jogging. Some day, he hopes to run in a marathon. Compassionate and sensitive, he is a great friend to young and old alike, often visiting the sick in homes and in hospitals. He also has a good sense of humor. Father also has a tremen- dous devotion to the Holy Eucharist. This year alone, Father Carroll has married 80 of the 124 couples married at St. Charles. We will be sorry to lose Father Carroll, as he has been transferred to St. Agatha's Church in Milton. - GOOD LUCK FATHER CARROLL - The Class of 1982 St. Charles School Woburn, Mass.
