Students were visited by aliens from beyond , top left, Pat Vellone is one of the many visitors. Tradition has it that downtown St. Charles turns orange and black during Homecoming week. And it didn't stop this year, top right, spirited Sophomores paint slogans in orange and black. Decorating athletes' lockers has always been big at STC, and this year was no exception. Deberry and Donnelly were two of many football players and cross country runners to get their lockers redone, St. Charles defense, above, slip in the mud, but their strategy does not as the game ends without a Tomcat score. 15

The dreary overcast afternoon did not wash the smiles off this year's Homecoming Court, as they took their place in the annual parade.
