Again we are sorry for the inconvenience. The Saints' sophomores went through a disappointing season under head coach Chuck Rachow, although the team did win two tournaments. Dan Krasinski and Stan Bednarz led the way in the Saints' 47-28 victory over Immaculate Conception inthe title game of the Wheaton-Warrenville Thanksgiving tournament. The sophs also won their own eight-team Christmas tournament with a 61-58 victory over Larkin for the championship. But, the sophs completed the season with a 1-9 UEC record after playing well the first half of the season. 179

Wrestlers finally capture Upstate Eight title fAbovel, The Saints' varsity wrestlers stand in the order of their weight classes following win- ning the conference title. fFtightJ, Dave Wells, one of two wrestlers who went downstate for St. Charles, helps hold up the banner given to the squad during an assembly. The St. Charles varsity wrestling squad did something February 3 at West 7 Aurora High School which had never 7 been done before.
