JOSEPHINE MARIE IANNACONE Blessings on thee, little lass. Jo is what we call her. and it fits her to perfection. We often wonder how she can ever get to school so early, and when it comes to her studies, she is always ready, Despite her quiet manner. Jo is well known for her Wit and geniality. Good luck, Jo, we offer you our best wishes for success in the future, FRANCES CECILIA JORDAN Of manners gentle. of affections mild. Frances is a very retiring member of the Senior class. In spite of her quiet demeanor she has certainly not dragged behind when it was a question of class work. She plans to attend Teachers College and we wish her every success in her teaching career, MARIE CATHERINE KEAVENEY Scatters around her, Wherever she strays, Roses of bliss on our Thorn-covered ways. The above quotation forms a great part of Marie's daily program. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and a cheery smile to her many friends. During the past four years she and her violin have helped to swell the ranks of the orchestra and render many a pleasing overture. Marie has the intention of becoming a nurse and with her personality and adaptability we feel certain shc will do well. MARGARET MARIE KEENAN Her air, her manner, all who saw, admired, Courteous and gentle, though retired. Here we introduce a member of the Senior Class who is an advocate of oral talks and enjoys every opportunity of speaking before an audience, Together with her lively, sunny nature, Margaret has an innate ability of rendering service in time of need and her true, womanly courtesy will be remembered long after she has left St. Bernard's.

FLORA MARY IQECUYER From the crown of her head to the sole of her foot, she is all mirth. What a terror. You often hear that remark passed about Flora. Although she is one of the tiniest members of the class, she makes up for it by the merriment she always creates wherever she goes. Flora's ability as a bookkeeper is the envy of many of her fellow students. She has not yet decided what her future work will be, but we know that she will be just as cheerful and happy in the future as she was back in her high school days. PHILIP BERTRAND l.'ECUYFR What a world of merriment his melody foretellsf' Phil seems to be without a worry, or a care. be- cause very seldom does he appear without a laugh or at least a smile lighting up his countenance. His sense of humor is, indeed. very keen and very laudable since it does not interfere with his studies. His long list of friends indicates his line qualities and we all trust that the list will increase as the years advance. MARY JOSEPHINE IQESPERANCE It is a friendly heart that has plenty of friends. Mary is another member of the commercial course who really enjoys life even when it comes to tapping the keys of a typewriter. She is one of our best artists. Simply hand her a paper and pencil, tell her your idea, and Mary will sketch it for you. When it comes to fun she is always Willing to do her share to make the others happy. We don't know how the gym would exist if Mary wasn't there. She can certainly make those baskets count, Best wishes. Mary, for future success from the Class of '33, ANNETTE MARGUERITE LORTIE My fairest child, I have no song to give you. Annette has been with us for three years and from the moment of her arrival has been a friend to every- body. She and Famie are always together. Annette is a member of the sixth hour History Class where she has endeavored to make a creditable record by her correct, complete, and concise answers. Such applica- tion to duty cannot but win in the battle for success.
