Betti Curioso should be in climbing practice from school, but the 5,682 steps of the Washington Monument require encouragement from a more energetic Anne Garvey. Touring of Amish Country Highlights Junior Class Trip Leaving by bus, the class of '70 first stopped at An- napolis Naval Academy on their way to Washington D.C. Completing the tour, Iuniors again journeyed to their destination. Arriving at night, the following two days consisted of visiting various notable places. To highlight the trip, Iuniors viewed customs of the Amish people and scenes of the Battle at Gettysburg in Pennsylvania. Zodiac Signs Provide Freshmen with Mixer Theme E In this age of Aquarius, it was appropriate for fresh- men to get acquainted under the zodiac signs. In October, the first of two Mixers was held at S.B.G.H.S. offering freshmen an opportunity to join in class spirit. Under Sr. Suzanne, the Mixer was successful in acquainting freshmen.
