Knights ol' Columbu gg Knights of Columbus is a society of more than a million men who have bound themselves together as brothers to help each other live as Catholic gentlemen and to offer individual and collective service to their Church, their country and their government. This year St. Bernard's Knights of Columbus, Council 4744 was presented with the Columbian Award iheld by John Ferrier, centerj, and the Star Council Award iheld by Br. Augustine, rightl. The Columbian Award is presented to outstanding College Councils while the Star Council Award is awarded to councils that fulfill their six-point programs. This year the K of C again sponsored a field and track day for the Children of Sacred Heart Grammar School and also a St. Patrick's Day Poster Contest.
