Grigsby holds the position of super intendent of schools in the diocese of Steubenville. St. Benedict Central is under the direction of Father Francis J. Trettel, Principal of St, Benedict Central and President of the local school board, Father Stephen A. Laca, pastor of Holy Trinity, and Father Charles Mascolino, pastor of SS. Peter and Paul, who hold the positions of secretary and treasurer respectively on the local school board, The Board meets regularly once a month, and oftener when the needs of the school demand immediate decisions.
