r0llALlTl' The Sodality is an organization founded for the sanc- tification of members, of others and a more fervent devotion to the Blessed Mother. The Sodality has proved to be a grand success in fulfilling its aims this year. Members have willingly paid their dues and proved their good will by cheerful cooperation. The monthly meetings were all helpful and interesting due to the efficient organization of the officers and the council working with Sister Antonita. At Christmas time baskets were filled by the four classes for the needy. There was caroling by members of the glee club at the hospitals and other places. One of the other projects taken up by the Sodality was the partic- ipation in the Five First Saturdays. It was edifying to see the number of students that actually undertook this project and carried it out to the end. r www U L? BOOK EXHIBIT February 19th marked the opening of National Book Week. St. Benedict went all out in recognition of this week. Small books with reviews of the books in our own school library provided an incentive to students to read the large size additions. Contests on the exhibit were sponsored by the freshmen and seniors during the week with candy bars given as prizes. Winners were too numerous to be listed here.
