Duffy, R. lastowski, discuss mission topics from the Shield , i9 Prayer, work, and sacrifice- these constitute a model C.S.M.C member's day. PRAYER: Masses, holy hour rosaries, meditation. WORK: Study periods, discus- sion groups, fund raising drives, assemblies, and services ren- dered to C.C.D. SACRIFICE: Time, money, de- sires. Through these, under the in- spirational direction of Sister Mary Louis, mission club mem- bers achieve the purpose of their organization-the spread of the kingdom of Christ in their own hearts and in the home and tcr- eign mission fields. This year the club was re- sponsible for bringing to assem- bled SBA students, Miss Elizabeth Reid, Austrian-born UN delegate from the N.C.W.C., and staff member from Grailville. Her theme-for every militant Cath- olic there is only one signature: vocation-Christian. 1
