x E . . . . And, into the New World came immi- grants from all Nations .... the Dutch .... the Irish .... the Polish .... the German . . . . the English . . . . the Russian. And from the Far East came the Chinese .... the japan- ese .... the Turks .... the Arabs .... the Hindus . . . . the Prussians .... and there were many more. Each brought with him a fineness in taste . . . . feeling . . . . thought . . . . and customs. These united and fused into one. Here at Saint Benedict's through prayer, study and guidance, the best from these cul- tures become part of the educational philoso- phy used in training the whole man. We are one, yet we are many .... preserv- ing this fineness in customs of our forefathers. As Dramatics Director, Mr. Lutz has given tireless effort to our theatrical presentations. Drama, make-up, stage setting, costumes, publicity, all perfected through his endeavors. More to us than a friend, he has become an important part of our Academy, giving to SBA girls the wealth of his knowledge of dramatics. 6
