REVEREND LEO LAWRENCE GOLDADE, OSBM, B.T. WHS born in Seattle, Washington in 1942. He entered the Basilian novi- tiate in Glen Cove, New York in 1960. Subsequent studies took him to Mundare, Alberta, and to Ottawa. Father received his Bachelor of Theology degree from the Uni- versity of St. Paul in Ottawa. During the past several summers he helped with parish work and summer camp in Michigan and New York. He was ordained in Mundare, Canada. At the present time Father is doing advanced study in pastural theology at the University of Ottawa and is also the Instructor of Religion at St. Basil's Prep. FATHER CONSTANTINE WYSOCHANSKY, O.S.B.M., B.D., COFUSS from Blakely, Pennsylvania where he graduated Blakely High School in 1932. He entered the Order of St. Basil the Great in 1933 and served as a lay brother there for sixteen years. During that time, Father worked in the Order's Printing House asa printer, photo-engraver, book binder and pressman, In 1948, Father went to Argentina where he worked in the Basilian Province. ln 1955, he decided to study for the Priesthood. He studied philosophy in Brazil and theology at the Gregor- ian University, Rome, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Sacred Theology. He was ordained to the Priesthood on March 25,1962, by His Excellency Augus- tine Horniak, O.S.B.M., D.Df In 1967, Father was named assistant Novice Master. He has served in parishes in New York City and was for a time Provincial Secretary. At present, Father Constantine is Director of St. losa- phat's Retreat House in Glen Cove, N.Y. and is also Instructor of Religion at the Prep.

BERNYK, B.s. in Mus., M.A. re- ceived his Bachelor of Science degree in Music from New York University and his Master of Arts from Manhattan College. Mr. Bernyk is Associate Professor of music at Lehman College where he has taught for the past thirty years. He has also held teaching assignments at Iona College, Rutgers Uni- versity, and New York University. He is an active member of PHI MU ALPHA, the Na- tional Honorary Music Fraternity, as well as of the Collegiate Bandmasters' Association. At St. Basil's, Mr. Bernyk teaches all the music theory and appreciation classes, litur- gical chant, and directs the choir, chorus, and orchestra. MRS. CANDACE D. HERBST, B.A., M.L.A., Mrs. Herbst took her undergraduate studies at Hunter College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthro- pology and art. She was awarded her M.L.A. at Pratt Institute of Technology. She is a member of Beta Phi Mu, the International Library Science Honor Society. Before coming to St. Basil's, Mrs. Herbst worked as a librarian for various firms. In addition to her duties as librarian, Mrs. Herbst teaches art at the Prep.

Mfzzomo, B.A., M.TH., upon graduating from high school in his home town of Clifton, New jersey in 1963, Father Mezzomo attended Saint Basil's College where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. He was awarded his Bachelor in Sacred Theology, and Master in Theology degrees from the Catholic University of America. Father was ordained on june 6, 1971. Following his ordination Father was made Prefect of Saint Basil's College. ln May of the same year he began teaching at the Prep. During the 1972 school year, Father was instructor of all religion courses, Prefect of Discipline of the Prep Seminary. In February, 1973, Father Mezzomo was made administrator of his own parish, St. losaphats, in New Britain, Connecticut.
