You win and suddenly it's all been worth-while - the work, the sweat, even the defeat - this is what it was all for. You hear the ex- plosion of shouts and Cheers in the stands and you feel proud, and very happy. You lose, and there's a tight knot inside. You wonder what you did wrong, if it was YOUR fault. You tried hard but it wasn't good enough. Then you see the disappointed faces in the crowd and realize you're not alone. THEY lost too.
