Seniors President - - - - TOM YOUNG Secretary - - - CAROL MORROW Vice-President - - - -MARY PHIPPS Treasurer - - - - MARIANNE WHARFF CLASS OF '61 As we walk up the aisle the night of graduation and hear our alma mater we bend our head in reverence for this long awaited day. It has been four years packed full of wonderful memories and hard work. We 've done pretty well for ourselves. Oh it's been a lot of hard workg but it's been fun too. We've done so many things it's a little difficult to remember all of them. Let's see now we've sold candy, cookies, wrapping paper, and license plates, greeting cards, magazine subscriptions and, of course, barbecue tickets. And we also gave a beautiful prom last yearg one that we all will remember. And now at long last we are ready to receive our diplomas. Many cherished thoughts will linger in a proud tear as a rolled paper is placed in our hands. With a hardy hand- shake and a last look at the class of '61 we will step out into a strange world. A world of promise and opportunity, a world of love and hate, and a world in which we must live and work with our fellow man .y
