No dull moments when she puts her witticisms to work or executes her pet songs. Quite an actress she is! Minstrel shows, dances, and other forms ci enter- tainment have proven her ability. An interesting hobby is hers-collecting photographs. A goodly number ot albums give proof of her zeal. But beware! Handicapped by long periods of contine- ment in a hospital, she has nevertheless put through her tour years of high school, beginning over when necessary, but never giving up. Many quiet hours have been spent by Lorrie either reading or crocheting. The lovely pieces she has produced are evidence of hard work, close applica- tion, and a lot of perseverance. The secretarial field opens its doors wide to our little friend for com- mercial studies have had her constant attention, espe- cially typewritinq and shorthand. ' WEAKNESS Tearing 4 GLORIA ST. IEAN V A great sports enthusiast is our Gloria. She is always there rooting for the team, no matter what weather, what time, what condition! She has undoubtedly kept roused the fighting spirit of more than one player. Teasing seems to be her favorite pastime. lf she succeeds in getting you irritated, then her joy is complete! So beware and do not let your temper run away! There are strange pastimes, don't you think? The Girl Scouts have taken up much of her leisure hours. Outings, camping, social gatherings amongst the various troops have provided her with a goodly share of amusement. And what about dancing? lt's great fun! says she-in word and in action. Never tired, always ready, she glides and twirls for hours, always with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. A career as a nurse is her choosing. May her charitable ministrations bring comfort and consolation to many-and to herself.
