Sweetheart Swirl Paul and Laurie The annual FFA-FHA Sweetheart Swirl was held on March 8. The theme song was Cherish” by Kool and the Gang and the colors were pink and mauve. KROC Music on Wheels provided music for the evening. FFA and FHA members chose four sweethearts and four beaus as candidates. Chosen to reign over this year's Swirl were Paul Juenger and Laurie Low. 1. FFA candidates Den Salz, Mark Hoven, Harley Slaichert and Paul Juenger. 2. FHA candidates Dawn Trettin, Kim Hemann, Barb Donahue, and Laurie Low. 3. The dancers take a break to watch the coronation of the King and Queen. 4. More than 180 of St. Ansgar's senior citizens converged for an appreciation dinner given in their honor by members of the high school student council.
