For the second year, the Annual Staff sponsored a Halloween Dance as a fundraiser for the yearbook. Approximately 175 students showed up, roughly half of them in costume, to enjoy the evening. The D.J. was Mark Kirchgatter, assisted by Andy Buechele. Winners of the costume contest were Kent Hemann and Tom Collier as Arabian Sheiks, Terry Lowe as Dracula and Darrell Mullenbach, as just another Arab. Girl winners included Lisa Mayer as a little devil, brides Jennifer Bruggeman and Ann Jorgensen (complete with guest book, ceremony, and rice throwing), and Janet Kuntz as a clown. Congratulations and thanks to all who 2i attended.
