Student Council Honor Society Front standing: Bill Havlovic, Rich Havlovic, Advisor Jim Luensc, Brian Hook, Mike Vervaecke Middle seated (top to bottom): Lynn Theobald, Judy Falada, Dee Pierce, Susie Kramer, Laurie Low, Kim Thome, Tom Collier, Karen Weis, Connie Blake, Kris Cooper Top standing: Amy Theobald, Nancy May, Joe Miller, Noel Collier, Jolene Hackenmiller Student Council members include Class President and three representatives from each class. They are voted in by their respective classes. The advisor is Mr. Luense. The student council was involved in many activities this past year. Among them were: all Homecoming activities — the dance, the week's dress-up activities, painting windows downtown, and selling Saints seat cushions. Others were: computer compatibility testing (the students were given questionnaires and they were then given a list of their ten most compatible match-ups.) They also hosted a co-ed volleyball tournament during Wellness Awareness Week and held a breakfast for the academic letter winners. At the end of the year, the council awards scholarships to qualifying members of the Senior class. Honor Society members are chosen during their Junior year. Students who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 qualify.
