Having just finished a good handball game, and towering over not less than ten boys is a black-clad figure. Who is he? Father Fleurant, of course. He has been our spiritual adviser forthe past three years. Whenever a difticulty arises, either small or large, Father Fleurant emerges from the shadows only to return unnoticed. It is this that inspires the confidence we, the students, feel whenever a problem needs to be talked over. His excellent training in preparation for the priest- hood was received at the Eymard Seminary in Suftern, New York. After ordination he was appointed pro- fessor of English and French. Ten years later he was sent to St. Jean's. In 1951 he became our chaplain. The following year he was Dedicated to a ervant of Mar 'lui Q made vocational director for his province. This wonderful man has brought peace to souls and freedom to the consciences of many Stanners. We know that this fact has brought joy and great satisfaction to him, and the thanks we express by this dedication will be adequately expressed only by the Divine Shepherd Himself.
