Retreat Each year we enter into a period of spiritual concentration, our annual retreat. We set aside this time each year to regroup our forces and surge on in our spiri- tual struggle to advance toward the priesthood and God. This year's retreat was highlighted by a series of conferences guided by Father Volpe. Father Volpe's Mass was a moving experience. The students gathered as close to the al tar as possible to partake more fully. Private prayer was, as always, an important part of the retreat.
