OFFICERS: Mark Hare, Seca Father Murley, Moderator, Bob Riley, Pres., and Bernie Robson, Treas. Mission Society Bishop Fulton J. Sheen once said: The missionary is never tired when he has someone to serve. The comfortable are tired at the thought of serving another. With thoughts such as this in mind true mission spirit is instilled in every student through the efforts of the Mission Society. As in past years money for mission en- deavors has been raised by selling sportswear and Christmas cards. Additional money was raised-this year from the profits of a candy machine, recently installed. The annual spring Mission day rounded out a successful year by allowing the students to enjoy a day of fun and games while at the same timeiproviding the 'mis- sions with much needed assistance. 50

Temple C Ulrich J Callan R Ugino The members of Hustle, our new Stu- dent Apostolate, have this year led a number of social activities for the betterment of our community. The activities, based on practicing the works of mercy, ranged from teach- ing grammar school C.C.D. classes to visiting thosein the County Home and Infirmary. Other activities in- clude a Vocation Club, distributing food to needy families, and sewing meals at the House of Hospitality. Hustle members participate in a Big Brother program and activities at St. Martin de Porres Center and St. Jo- seph's Villa. Sacristy duty and com- munity prayer are also functions of this apostolic group. Many students take part in Hustle prayers right after Mass.
