In October the sophomores with their characteristic vivacity enjoyed their first Student Body Dance. In late December, the girls again took time out for fun at a dinner-dance sponsored by the sophomore class of Iolani. During the Christmas season, they participated whole- heartedly in three service projects: collecting canned juices for the needy, sorting and delivering Christmas cards to the various classes, and sending candy and gifts to the children of St. Anthony's Home. The month of January brought the responsibility of plan- ning for the class dance held on the twenty-third. A Lenten project followed in March. The year ended in eager anticipation of their next step- the happy prospect of becoming jolly juniors . -.Q Q W 44 1. , t3 4 -1 l H K I 'LN If I 4 . t.
