You walk down the aisle as you've done many times before, but this time it isn't the same. You sit quietly and try to listen to the speeches being made, but as your eyes wander over the auditoriurn and you see friends and family, your mind begins to wander too. You remember the day you entered St. Andrew's as a lowly freshman, you think of the grades you didn't make that you should have. There were the dates with that special someone, the football games, the basketball games, the dances, and the teachers who really weren't so bad after all. Your face lights up when you glance down at the ring you've worked so hard for, and then frowns as you say I Speak for Democracy. You hear your name being called, you walk to the front of the stage and receive your diploma. Then, all at once, it's over. The tears of the girls and f 'lf X Q ff '- 'Y - 1 ---gif-if T. And we know that the beacon light which shines because of all the experiences we've had at St. Andrew's High School will never be forgotten and will continue to guide us through the rest of our lives.
