Lettermen The Lettermen's Club is an attempt to represent and involve the St. Agnes athletes in wearing their letter jackets and competing in how many trinkets they can collect. The high point of the year is the mutilation ofthe X initiates which comes in October, with the funeral following in November. As with most orginizations at St. Agnes the Lettermen's Club is heard of but never seen together in one place at one time. y a G.A.A. If one happens to be strolling through the gym on a Friday afternoon between the hours of 3 and 5 he will come upon the Girls Athletic Association in action. This so called action consists of basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, tumbling, cheerleading, jogging and softball. The two most importantdays that the G.A.A. member looks forward to are Initiation, for the incoming freshmen, and Field Day, which is for the outgoing seniors. With these two days and all the other activites G.A.A. offers, girls can really let off their energy at the end of a long and exasperating week.
