Their main ob- iectives have been to emphasize the need to care, to smile, and to communicate with each other. Impact has sponsored special days to promote understanding of each other, and to make all more aware of each other by bringing them closer together. IIZII Z Club is an organization for people who care. Those who want to give their time and concern are given the opportunity to help those who need it most. Girls volunteer their time at many places in the city-the AI Sigl Center, Baden Street Settlement, Monroe County Home, Strong Memorial Hospital, St. John's Nursing Home, and the C.Y.O. Individual corps have car washes and a play presented at the Mon- roe County Home. The officers attended a dinner for International Z Club mem- bers. B ' Glu!- On your mark! Get set! Go! Tick! Tick! Tick! Ring! Ring! Ring! Stop! The Business Club is off and running to reach their 1971 goals. Since September, they've been typing, copying, and helping our teachers get tests and dittos ready for the day. This year was the first year that the club has had pins. The girls are very proud of these pins since they represent all the hard work that was volunteered. St. Agnes is very lucky to have a Business Club of such competency. Tutu-ce The Home Economics Club exists primarily so that St. Agnes girls may learn the arts of homemak- ing. The members sponsored a baked food sale for the student body and put the profits in the club's treasury. ln December, they prepared a delicious meal for Sister Helen and Father Cushing. This club has brought happi- ness-and good food-to every one at St. Agnes. 1 X .
