MARQARET MARJE CHAXELLE Peg Secretary Hockey Classical Basket-ball 'Sn'ee Personality, Full of Rascality.” In the small space in which we must write it seems impossible to relate the nice things about our “Peg. She is the most enthus- iastic member of the class. Through all our High School years she has taken an active part in all class affairs. We elected her Secre- tary and owing to the splendid way she filled this position we elected her Business Manager of our Year Book. “Peg has also taken part in sports, playing center halfback on our hockey team. She has always ranked high in her studies, and her pep and person- ality have won her many friends who wish her success for future years. 15

THE AGNITA WILLIAM LEO HAYES Bill Vice President H skct'bcill, Captain Classical Baseball “You hear that hoi , laughing? You think he's all Jun; But the angels laugh, loo, at the Good he has done.” If “a smile can go a long, long way,” then the way of Billy’s smile must be incomputably lengthy. His witty and humorous wisecracks, the cause of many a snicker and laugh, make him a popular classmate. His winning personality has made for him many friends, but his mischievous tricks have brought him bitter punish- ments. He is the star athlete of the class. As Captain of the Varsity he kept up the fight to the bitter end, which was bitter indeed. He was, also, an eager player on the baseball team, and helped to bring laurels to the “Blue and White.” Someday we expect to see his name inscribed in the Hall of Fame. 12

JOSEPH JAMES PR1BULA “Joe Treasurer Baseball, Manager Classical “His wit was timely and welcomed. Joes ready wit has frequently forced the room into paroxysms of laughter. He knows all the latest song hits and doesn’t mind a hit singing them for us. Joe is our Treasurer and every Monday morning, rain or shine, he made his weekly round trying to coax installments from the members delinquent in class dues. He is (juite a ventriloquist, especially during class periods. His latest attraction was the imitation of two cats crying. When the Senior Play, The Upp er Room,” was presented he was portrayed in one of the leading roles. Precious gifts have been bestowed upon Joe, but withal his ambitions tend toward a musical career. Best of luck, Joel 14
