TO OUR CAMPUS Dear Campus, where our feet so oft did stray, And we with heart and mind from worry free Did talk and laugh like children who at play Let merry voices ring in lively glee. Sweet memories thou dost hold, O, may there be A solace and comfort to us when Our barks are tossed on life's tempestuous sea. When bitter cares and griefs press upon us than We'll fondly turn our thoughts to thy dear scenes A WINTER TREE How ugly is a winter tree Bereft of all its verdant gown A bare and wrinkled mass of wood All knotted in a frown.
