The outstanding game was with McGrew, a hard fought battle all the way, the Crusaders finishing triumphant with a 19-12 win. Spotlighting the Crusader Club were evasive backs, John Kirchner and Ken Yeager, who led the scoring roster. Also playing major roles were George Hill and Dave Cullan who led in blocks and tackles.
