Il?,, I 40 The Bridge Club meets two or three times a week when new members learn the game as older members pick up new skills. Since teams are picked at random, new friends are made. Because there is never any pressure to win, members can relax and enjoy themselves. GLEE CL UB WMI BRIDGE CLU WGN! The Glee Club participates in a variety of musical activities. Regular practices are held to prepare a growing repertoire of choral selections. Each year members hold a concert to demonstrate the results of their efforts.

MA TH LEA GUE The French Club helps spread French cul- ture. With this aim in view, members decorate the French classroom with a French motif and work on a French news- paper. This year members have also illustrated a French cassette for classroom use. The Math League consists of a group of students chosen for their superior mathe- matical ability. Four times a year the League participates in a contest with other high schools in which their knowl- edge of math is tested. At the end of the year trophies are awarded to the highest scoring school as well as the highest indi- vidual scorer. FRENCH CL UB
