Student Council The student council is the student representative body, comprised of two representatives from each shop group. Its purpose is to give the students of Trade High, an op- portunity to have a voice in matters pertaining to life in the school. The administration of the school use the Student Council as a sounding- board for proposed changes. It makes recommendation to princi- pal Garvey, which always receives his prompt and whole-hearted sup- port.
