Hubbs met last Septembcr to plunge into the responsibility of producing '1 record of school activities. After much debating and research we chose '1 theme and Outlined new ideas and suggestions to carrv it from cover to cover. Wh-it were a few Of these ideas? We wished to trv '1 new method of writing md to introduce more inform-ll snapshots and classroom pictures- to improve the arrangement of pages and to include 1 greater variety of activities. We are grateful for the cooperation of a number of persons not on the staff- Mr. Speicker for his photographs and several students for photographs and written mlterial- Richard Creech Pat Hackman Alex Lukeman and Betty Elkin deserve special mention for their support. Underclassmen have also contributed by making the sales of the Retina the largest in the history of the book.
