On September 7, 1949, forty-five students entered their Sophomore year with Mr. Hanni as our home room teacher. During our first six weeks of school we are sorry to have lost jackie Laughner, but also we gained several new students, Sue Kinkley and Rose Beecher. To keep things under control we elected the following class officers: President, William Brownleeg Vice-president, Bruce McFar1aneg Secretary, Suzanne Schiller: Treasurer, Olga Allen. For Student Council we re- elected jack Knable and also two new members Carol Lind and Warren Mallow., During the first six weeks of school we presented the Freshman with a long remembered Initiation Party. The one main event which the Sophornores are sponsoring this year is a variety show which will be held April 1, 1950. We are all looking forward to returning next year as juniors. 26 -eh, ,, , , , .. .J 'K 15,4 .35 v-was In -,rv-Q f' op omore Class Offzcers LM Q'- SuzanneSclul1er Secretary Wnllmm Brownlee President Bruce McFarlane Vzce President' Olga Allen Treasurer uw' ALL.
