An illustration in point is the Springfield Local School Board. These members work many hours each year with the knowledge of service as their only reward. L. to R: Robert walker, L. C. He has givena lot of stu- dents adviceandguidance during this past year. Mr. Casad received his B.S. degree from Ohio State Univer- sity and his M.A. degree from Arizona State College. HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL MR. L. C. STINGEL Administrative capability, scholarly inclination, and in- gratiating tactfulness are in- tegrated into the personality of L. C. Stingel, superinten- dent of Springfield Local. His duties and functions are the spokes that make the wheel go around.
