Paul Raymond Larry Ernsberger Burdine Cline Danals fl 1:34 Bonnie Carol Betty Helen LONE MacCartney McCrea Park if W ff' J Fred Wllber Smith Sgizh Stull Sugar Red Cross This year 5B's contribution to the Jr Red Cross was 100 per cent We also donated enough to fill five boxes for the overseas box This was more than any other room Another project for the hospitals at Xmas time, was cutting up old Xmas cards and placing them on a cardboard background gee Projects We had a number of things to do this year ln wrlch we all took part In writing class,we made bird books These pictures of birds were both cut out and drawn for science study in the spring In geography class we made maps showing the amount of rainfall in all parts of the United States, vegetation and the growing seasons These maps were put on display pp inted Jobs Every two weeks 5B elected members of the class to do certain jobs that had to be done ln the room These Jobs were A secretary to keep records of Jobs and those who were to perform them, a librarian for the room library, two people to check closets to see that coats and hats were hung correctly two people to take care of the windows and window shades two people to check desks to see that they were clean each day, and other Jobs that helped our room to be one of the beet in the school Parents' Night Display bies Fred head On Parents' Night, 5B set up a display of hob of class members Some of the hobbies were Stull's stamp collection Shirley Au's arrow collection Wendell Perry'e and Howard Hagner'S baseball players cards B.Kord1sh,P.Danals,J.Scarorough D.
