M In the past few years Springfield Technical Institute has been in what is termed an incubation period. We the graduating class of 1967, and those before us, have assisted in the development of a stable institution of higher learning. This year, 1967, holds a very special significance for those graduating as well as the first year students. I firmly believe that the Class of ' 67 has had an extraordinary influence on the changes that have taken place this past year. In addition Springfield Technical Institute will witness more innovations in the future, and it will always have an effect on everyone that will come in contact with it. In my two years of Student Council leadership, I have tried to maintain a high standard of organization and to give the students the social activities they desired. On behalf of the entire student body, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the administration, faculty and student ad- visors for their willing assistance and keen understanding in helping to make our two years memorable. Mark E. Kenney President 1966-1967 8
