The Commotion Begins Off in the distance we hear the sound of ringing bells which call us back to books, teachers, crowded halls, and the daily routine of the school year. From our vantage point in Cliff Park, we know that the leaves are beginning to turn and the wind is beginning to chill but we are still re- luctant to say good-bye to the free- dom of summer vacation. So we take one last fling among the falling leaves and relax on the cliffs of the park. From here we will begin our yearly journey through a land that offers many opportunities. For some of us, it will be the beginningg for some, the same old routineg and for some, the culmination of our high school career. Yes, it is time to res turn to Wildcat Country and to be- gin another year of learning. Many of us are reluctant to begin but the call of the school bell is strong and we know that another year is under- way. So we exchange beach towels and swimming pools for textbooks and class rooms and once again we venture through the portals of South High School to enter the Wildcat world of education. 530- xv iam -il t .
