Student Council is an organization which serves as the major link between the students and the administra- tion. By seeking to solve the dif- ferent problems of the school, the student council makes for better co-operation among the stu- dents, the teachers, and the prin- cipal and his staff. The council meets the third Wednesday of each month. lVle1n- bership in the council requires, being an officer in one's home- room. Each class has a separate council, and members from each council are chosen for the exec- utive board. The student council has many projects, such as sock hops, Fun Nightfi the car wash, and selling pencils, in which the members may take a more active part.
