'Under the supervision of Mr. Pepper, students in Link Club discuss the many controversial issues ofthe day. This year Link discussed mostly the war in Viet Nam and the Hippie society ver- sus our society. Q my T' in ya i The officers of Library Club are Cheri Edgington, secretaryg Bernard Hogan, vice-presidentg Jayne Fitch, presidentg and Debbie Birden, treasurer. l'Come liven ls Library Club Theme Q Come Alive was the theme of Library Club this year. This theme was elaborated on by different posters and signs for the second-floor hall to let the students know that the library was boosting South. Enrollment of the Library Club is made up of the student aides who relinquish their study hall periods to work in the library. The people who participated in National Forensic League debates this year are, SITTING: Ron Smith, Dorothy Settles, Linda Overman, and Ken Duffy. National Forensic League is an Parker, Nataline and Bob Duffy, active organi- 5 zation for those people who express an interest in public speaking. Those people who earn 25 points , V N- by participating in debates, general public speeches, and speech contests are initiated into the club. Mr. Warner is the sponsor. Bob Duffy listens and waits until it is time for his debate.
