Orators Compete This year ' s Speech Team gave up their Saturday morn- ings to travel as far as Colum- bus and Dayton for tourna- ment competition. The speak- ers made their best showings at the Ohio High School Speech League Tournament at Fairmont East. Linda Blackwood took second place in original oratory, Tom Wilson received third in boy ' s extemporaneous, and Gail Scott tied for fourth position in girl ' s extemporane- ous.
