Three Cheers For Merry Old England! English Club had an active, interesting year. An historical Hatloween party masquer- aded as the first official meeting. The programs of the following meetings ranged from poetry reading by Christy Yaw, to a movie, Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge, to a folk song sing- along. Two student teachers, Miss Riggle, and Mr. Byerly, presented a program about England. At another meeting, Steve Wilkins, Jeff Davis, and Bill McLemoreJ;old about their European tour, and the year ended with an election 67 party for next year ' s officers.
