Where ' s The Action? Where ' s the action? At Nathan Detroit ' s floating crap game, of course. So, the guys are gamblers? The dolls? A nightclub singer and a Salva- tion Army sergeant? What a combination! North ' s spring musical GUYS AND DOLLS was just that— a combination of overworked crews, a spirited orchestra, and a hard-working cast. With a cast of characters ranging from innocent Sarah Brown to sleasy Nicely-Nicely John- son, the show provided both the humor and the action needed for a good comedy. Accompanying the singers was the orchestra di- rected by Mr. Smarelli.
