...--- MR RYDER Mr Rycler became the Superintendent of the Lucas County Schools in the year ot l94O. He is a past president of the National County Super- intendents Association, and active participant in many other educational and civic orqanizations. Mr. Ryder is now completing his eleventh year with the Lucas County Schools.
