Velma Rasmussen resigned in the early part of the basketball season.

The Iunior High Cheerleaders were sponsored by the lunior G.A.A. They cheered for the re- serve and junior high basketball games. SECOND STEP: Bar- bara Iones. FIRST STEP: Doris Carroll. This year there was one new addition to the varsity cheerleading group--Shirley Gibson. We are sorry to lose tive cheerleaders this year: Nancy Wyman, Donna Nachtrab, Doris Carroll, and Barbara lones, who will graduate, and Ann lones, who resigned during basketball season. The cheerleaders held a bake sale and iuke box dance to earn rrioney for the new uniforms and varsity sweaters.
