I, lean Burgin, do will cmd bequeath my job at Cecelia Fager, do will and bequeath Last Will And Testament We, the Senior Class of Springfield Local High School, City of Holland, County of Lucas, State of Ohio, being of sound mind and memory ttwelve years haven't quite driven us crazyl, do hereby publish and declare this to be our last will and testament, hereby revoking all fonner wills, bequeaths, and devises of whatsoever nature made. FIRST: To Springfield Local High School, we give our deepest regrets that another Senior Class as intelligent and dignified as ours will not be in attendance in the building next year. SECOND: To Mr. Bishop, we do will and be- queath a novel slogan to take the place of his worn out, Do you see what I mean? To Mr. Moore, we do will and bequeath an over- sized electric sweeper to clean up all the potato-chip bags that thoughtless students leave in the hallways. To Mr. Fulghum, we do will and bequeath a small amount of our initiative so he can make a success of himself in his new vocation. To Mr. Deppen, we do will and bequeath a large can of oil for his industrial arts class machin- ery. To Mrs. Eicher, we do will and bequeath one large sign painted in red to put on the back of her car saying, Don't horn in. To Mrs. Logan, we do will and bequeath a new and improved beauty treatment to help her to remain young looking until her husband returns from the service. To Mrs. Wellstead, we do will and bequeath a large box of noise makers to pass to her study hall pupils to relieve her of the monot- ony of quiet study halls. To Mrs. Bower, we do will and bequeath the courage and fortitude to start another Fresh- man class off on their high school career. To Mrs. White, we do will and bequeath tour free periods a day so she can catch up on all her work. To Mrs. Potter, we do will and bequeath a new English IV class who will try to appreciate English Literature. To Miss Gamble, we do will and bequeath an ivory colored baby grand piano for her music classes. To Mr. Maxwell, we do will and bequeath a book on child psychology to help him manage his elementary school delinquents. To Mrs. Hazel, we do will and bequeath an over- size riot club -to quiet down next year's Seniors. To Miss Lash, we do will and bequeath a fan to relieve the Home Economics room of the smell of burnt food. To Miss Callin, we do will and bequeath ct te- production of lack Benny's Maxwell to enable her to be in three places at once. To Mr. Barrett, we do will and bequeath some long-winded boys for his brass section, and a sound-proof room to practice in. THIRD: To the Iunior Class, we pass on our acting ability which made our two plays, Mrs. Uncle Sam and Brothers of Belinda, the two greatest shows that ever hit the town of Holland. To the Sophomore Class, we give the courage to withstand the hail of unpleasant remarks next year's Senior Class will bestow upon them. To the Freshman Class, we leave our freedom from fear in getting out of classes and skip- ping study halls. FOURTH: I, Ruth Arheit, do will and bequeath my height to Charlotte Gibson. I, William Bates, do will and bequeath my cow- poke ability to Lois Hartman. I, Ruth Blackwell, do will and bequeath my cheer leading ability to Rita Wilczynski. Reqenolds to LaVerne Lawrence.
